Man, it pours? Yes, it sometimes pours rain in Halifax, and I know Sara was a bit troubled by the heavy raindrops Saturday morning. Luckily, though, it cleared up just in time for guests to board a cruise of the harbour and it was clear for the rest of the evening, and we even had a few glimpses of the sun at Murphy’s on the Water! Although the weather can be very unpredictable in Halifax, I have to say that I appreciate it all the more after living in Vancouver, where the weather can be gray and drizzling for forty days on end: predictable, not pouring, not windy, but a bit dreary and lackluster. As I tell every bride who worries about rain on her wedding day, rainy days in Halifax often have dry spells! Sara and Brad were lucky not only to have found each other but also to have great timing with the weather on the day of their wedding! Congratulations to an incredibly sweet couple!
